General Chaos
Best!Freeware game by Game Refuge Inc.
You control an army of 5 soldiers, and your object is to take out the other set of soldiers in team combat play.
Editor-in-chief says: The arcade/strategy game called General Chaos is one of my favorites ever. General Chaos and General Havoc had to fight on a limited world map and to conquer the other's capital city, which is kind of similar with Age of Empires, just that this 1994 release is not so complex and takes less time. There are four total teams the player can choose from. The player sees the action from an isometric point of view and has to guide his team not only through violent battles, but also through strategic missions.

Scooby Doo Mystery
Best!Freeware game by SunSoft

Fantasia
Freeware game by Infogrames Entertainment, S.A.
A series of arcade games of various quality featuring Disney's number one animated star, Mickey Mouse.
Editor-in-chief says: Fantasia is one of the fun games featuring Mickey Mouse as the main character. Players have to control Mickey through many side-scrolling levels. The installment was unfortunately only released on the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis and was based on the musical with the same name. Mickey had to defeat enemies by jumping on them or by shooting projectiles at them (however, he would have to pick up power-ups for this in advance), exactly like in the more popular installments from the Mario series.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Hyperstone Heist
Best!Freeware game by Konami Co., Ltd
The Turtles' nemesis Shredder has acquired the HyperStone from Dimension X, and is using its powers to shrink down the city buildings. He threatens to take over the world and challenges the Turtles to deny him, and so the turtles head out to beat the guy.
Editor-in-chief says: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is one of the most popular games in the history, created after the animated series with the same name. I remember playing this game for a long time back when it was released, and it was always fun. There were a total of five stages and many of the characters in the animated series were featured in the video game. The soundtrack was also great and later on this was also acknowledged by the press. Stopping Shredder from his evil plans was one of my favorite virtual adventure ever.
