Air Diver from the Asmik Corporation of America is a Simulation -> Flight Combat Sim that has you destroy everyone in your way in order to hit your goal: to reach your destination.

In your first person role, you control a professional pilot that, by using your missile launchers, help destroy the evil army, who is trying to prevent you from reaching your goal.

You have been selected to fly on a top-secret mission to attack the stronghold of a fanatical MidEast terrorist organization. They are well-armed and have the backing of several “unfriendly governments”, so your only two advantages are the stealth fighter that you will fly and your own combat skills. Good luck, because you're gonna need it....

Air Diver delivers a very hard challenge rate with a decent learning curve. You'll become skilled in back turns and side turns, firing missiles and shooting to explode on comming missiles, and ducking and raising to dodge fire. You'll have to watch your fuel and radar too. What makes Air Diver so great though, is the total immersion. You really get into chasing the pre posses around the screen while they're locking on you. The first-person perspective helps as well and the controls are air tight. Hard to get a hang of as the final boss is a mothership but once you do you'll be in shooter heaven.

Air Diver is in a first-person perspective...you can see al the planes controls in extremely close detail. You can see radar, weapon amount, fuel, and other details. There's even a tiny screen that shows the angle of your plane! The ground moves lightning fast and, as time passes-the colors change (time of day). The colors are gorgeous and always bright...but never a distraction. The explosions and smoke are decent too. Some of the finest graphics on the system.

Air Diver is pretty fun to play and can have you engaged for a good couple of hours.
