Space Hack is a sci-fi Action/RPG title with Diablo-inspired gameplay mechanics, presented in real-time 3D graphics. The story puts you on a colony transport ship Maximus XV that suddenly gets trapped inside a Black Nebula, but that's only your first problem. While trapped, the ship is boarded by aliens that take over the ship and begin to kill and eat the colonists.

People were not the only race that was captured. Ships loaded with creatures of unknown species have been trapped here for years and they have learned how to survive by feeding on newcomers. They quickly attacked Maximus XV, taking over one biosphere after another. People, shocked, rarely put up any resistance and the invaders were merciless.

The last biosphere was different. With impromptu weapons prisoners managed to fight off the attack, but they were still under siege, surrounded by countless enemies. Now, the only way to get out of this alive is to get to the emergency capsule and use their powerful engines to break free from the trap. But the road leads through all the biospheres, now colonized by alien creatures. Only one person can do that. Best of the best – Space Hack.

Play as Hack, a tough, gristled ex-military man. Space Hack – an ex-officer of Space Marines, convicted of life sentence on Misty Planet for insubordination. Strong, proud and maybe a little too hot-tempered. Became famous after a daring take over of a pirate ship in a port of Mars. He walked on the board armed with nothing but a machete. Killed 30 pirates and rescued 150 hostages. After that, people started to call him Space Hack.

Play as Space Hack struggle to reach an emergency transport module at the far end of the ship to free the remaining colonists, hacking and slashing your way through hordes of alien creatures along the way.

The gameplay is the essence of action-rpg genre – a whole lot of fight with various types of weapon plus hero's development. At the same time, for people who need a little break, during the gameplay we get to know an intriguing plot and we're able to rest a little from managing the equipment and trading the items.

Everything takes place in the real-time mode, user's interface is clear and convenient – the whole game can be handled with the mouse only, but for user's convenience most of functions are also accessible through key shortcuts.

Fight is based on the strong rpg principles – luckily there is no need to understand them – the Player only sees that the hero shoots or strikes using some kind of weapon and whether he hits or not. However, by using the Characteristics Window and Equipment Window it is quite easy to monitor how the rpg elements influence the gameplay and to control this influence. During the fight, the hero becomes better and better warior, he achieves successive experience levels and he gains development points, which can be used by the Player to increase the value of hero's chosen features (strength, dexterity, knowledge, endurance). Thanks to that it is possible to manage the hero's development directly.

Forget knights and wizards – Space Hack will introduce you to a world of high technology. Dark and moody locations, biospheres with artificial ecosystems, futuristic weapons, androids, space ships and nebulas. Everything soaked in atmospheric industrial ambient music.

Space Hack is not for the faint-hearted. Constant stream of ugly monsters guarantees non-stop hacking, slashing and shooting. Fights are dynamics, weapons are lethal and special effects are extra-cool!
