You're a Special Forces commando surrounded by the enemy and armed with an arsenal of weapons.

It is the year 1970. The flames of war in Vietnam burn on years after French troops are dealt a crushing defeat. American troops, sent into harsh terrain and dense jungle, find themselves embroiled in guerrilla warfare with a cunning enemy that uses the jungle to its advantage. The Ho Chi Minh Trail, a Vietcong transport route snaking through thousands of miles of dense foliage, somehow endures the American saturation bombing campaign, and men and armaments continue to reach southern forces down this vital supply line......

In Vietnam War: Ho Chi Minh Trail, you are a Special Forces commando, and the enemy has quickly surrounded you. The enemy quickly swarms in on your position like a rolling black cloud of angry hornets. They are many, and you are but one, stuck in the middle of this bloody chaos. They try to smother you with screaming storms of lead raining in from the treeline. They try to gut you like a river fish with meat slicing bayonet stabs. But you, a crack Special Forces commando having just another busy day in Vietnam, must stop them all and shut down the Ho Chi Minh Trail.

With gunfire abounding, you must find your way out of this bloody turmoil using an arsenal of weapons, including Howitzer artillery, Napalm air strikes, a Vulcan machine gun, an RPG, and your service pistol. Are you up for the challenge? Good luck, Soldier!

Vietnam War: Ho Chi Minh Trail attempts to make your game experience as realistic as possible. Movies and war documentaries were studied intensely for reference in creating this game. Weapon performance, uniforms, environment, and enemy behavior were all researched and replicated in the game. The whiz of bullets, enemy yells, weapon discharges, and napalm drops all bring the intensity of war right to you on your PC.
