Good, old-fashioned pinball doesn't hold a candle to the fast-paced excitement and originality of Virtual Pinball.

The spiritual successor to Bill Budge's classic Pinball Construction Set. Programmed by Bill Budge, Virtual Pinball allowed you to play pre-built pinball tables and additionally create, save and play your own tables.

You design the game, build the table from scratch, and then see if you can become the master of your own creation. Start with one of six cool themes, ranging from a bloody battle scene to a pool table, then put all of the ramps, loops, targets, bumpers, bells, and whistles into place.

You also get to adjust the ball speed to your liking and choose the tunes to serve as a soundtrack. If all of this sounds too time intensive, feel free to sit down to any of the 29 tables already programmed in. You can even save up to 10 personal games for later use! Not bad, eh?
