International Superstar Soccer Deluxe
Freeware game by Konami Co., Ltd
A high-end World Cup soccer sim.
Editor-in-chief says: International Superstar Soccer Deluxe or simply known as ISS Deluxe is an old football simulation game developed by Konami, a company known worldwide today for Pro Evolution Soccer. Well, before PES it was ISS, with 16 formations and 8 strategies and 36 national teams. Although it was easy to recognize top players, the game was unlicensed and renamed the real players with other names. For example, Batistuta was Capitale, as he was nicknamed in Italy. The game was made in such a way that it was even possible to play together with someone else against the computer, and I remember the game being fun, enjoyable and, it seems, the roots of my passion for football simulators.

This addition to the HardBall series of baseball games adds 700 MLBPA players, 28 real ballparks, 1994 division re-alignment and 162 game season with exhibition, all-star, playoffs and championship play.
Editor-in-chief says: HardBall 94 is a baseball game based upon a previous installment by Accolade, but with improved graphics and gameplay. The player could have chosen from more than 700 available real stars from the 1993 season. This was not a fast-paced arcade game, because the focus was on the simulation side of baseball. There are several types of views/cameras the player can choose from: behind the batter, behind the pitcher or from left and right. Hitting and pitching was performed really well in the game and was one of this game's main selling points.
