Well, a game with a similar plot has been announced for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis few years after the movie's premiere, but it was cancelled. The only thing that can be found are two prototypes available for download on different websites. The player controls an angel, instead of Bink, and has to guide the baby to safety.

It was released on many platforms and therefore was quite spread around the world, and maybe that's also why it was popular. The game centers around Linus, an alien from another planet, who wants to show his fellow aliens pictures from Earth, but lacks the necessary amount of money to buy a camera, so he goes on Earth and starts a bunch of adventures which will bring him the desired photo device in the end.
